The fire smoke exhaust fan housing is a high-efficiency, low-noise centrifugal fan with high-temperature resistance, excellent performance, a novel and compact structure, low vibration, light weight, and easy installation and use. It is an ideal product for ventilation and smoke exhaust in places such as hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, factories, mines, and office buildings. It is a successor to fire smoke exhaust fans for high-rise buildings and is now sold internationally and has received positive reviews from users.
Fire smoke exhaust fan housing features
1. Compact and aesthetically pleasing structure. The housing is constructed from a frame and panels. The frame is formed in one step using a domestic metal cold-formed machine. The panels are a composite structure with an inner layer of sound-absorbing material, further reducing noise.
2. It offers various inlet and outlet directions to meet diverse installation requirements. It is manufactured using molds, resulting in high dimensional accuracy and can be assembled after disassembly.
3. The impeller, the fan's main component, is manufactured entirely using molds, drawing on and incorporating products from LAU Industries in the United States. The multi-blade, forward-bay-blade impeller features high efficiency, low noise, high air volume, smooth operation, consistent quality, and durability. The volute is mechanized and made of high-quality galvanized or carbon steel.
4. HTFC centrifugal smoke exhaust fan housings are available in two types: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are mounted outside the housing for fire smoke exhaust; Type B motors are mounted inside the housing for ventilation.
5. Type A low-noise fire-fighting cabinet centrifugal fans have motors mounted outside the housing, isolated from the high-temperature smoke exhaust system. The fans can operate continuously for over 60 minutes at temperatures of 300°C. These fans have passed testing by the "Fire Fighting Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center," reaching leading domestic performance levels and recognized by consumer departments in over 30 provinces and cities.
6. For high air volume requirements, our company can also produce parallel-type, low-noise cabinet centrifugal fans for fire protection and ventilation (dual-purpose).
