Mixed Flow Fan
Mixed Flow Fan Product Overview
Mixed flow fans are a new type of fan that lies between axial flow fans and centrifugal flow fans, combining the advantages of both. They offer higher pressure and greater flow than comparable axial flow fans, with advantages such as a wide high-efficiency zone and high efficiency. These fans are widely used in ventilation and exhaust systems for office buildings, hotels, and other large residential buildings. They can also be used in industrial and mining applications such as cold storage and textile production, replacing low-pressure centrifugal fans or high-pressure axial flow fans without the need for extensive noise reduction equipment. Mixed Flow Fan Features
1. The CAD design used in mixed flow fans ensures high efficiency and a wide high-efficiency zone.
2. Using the oblique flow meridian acceleration method, they achieve higher pressure and greater airflow than comparable axial flow fans.
3. The built-in direct-drive motor ensures compact size, easy installation, and smooth operation.
4. The sound level is lower than comparable products by 3-5 dB(A). Mixed Flow Fan Applications
This series of mixed flow fans is widely used for ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust in tunnels, underground garages, civil buildings, metallurgy, factories, and mines, as well as for fire protection.
Note: 1. The weight of a two-speed fan is referenced to the weight of a medium- and high-speed fan of the same model.
2. The power ratings of two-speed fans in the table are listed for high-, medium-, and low-speed ranges. Special high- and low-speed dual-speed fans can be manufactured based on design requirements.
3. The performance parameters in the table are for the high-efficiency range. If performance outside this range is required, custom design is available.
